Strategic Thrust
The primary focus of ITS International shall remain in the area of outsourcing services (Application Development and Implementation, Application Maintenance, Production Support, Application Hosting, Medical and Legal Transcription). ITS International intends to spin off a subsidiary and transfer its application hosting and medical legal transcription to this entity - this is envisaged to take place beginning of first quarter 2003.
For services, in terms of marketing coverage, ITS International shall continue to focus on foreign markets including Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland in the European continent and Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Singapore in Asia. In the local market, ITS International's focus is on multinationals.
For products, the primary market is the local market for its application packages and the Asian countries for system products.
To gain entry and market share in countries outside the Philippines, ITS International shall continue to establish business partnerships with a reputable consultancy firm or I.T. service provider in each country or region. |
